About Us

Infinity Harbour started in response to the poor availability of so many great products for Infinity and accessories in the US. We decided the way to fix this problem was to try and cultivate direct partnerships with the European manufacturers to ensure high availability of these products while also maintaining a good price point for you the customer. We also had grown tired of what we felt was poor customer service for the Infinity player from many if not most retail outlets. We felt that we could provide exceptional customer service like a local shop but use the internet to expand our presence and specialize on just one game – Infinity! We don’t want to be everyone’s game store, we want to be your Infinity store. Infinity Harbour strongly believes in the partnerships we have formed and is dedicated to growing the US Infinity community. As a result, we support numerous events around the country and are always happy to help out clubs and tournaments when we can.

Shipping

Shipping to US Address: $9.99 via USPS, Free for orders over $100

  • If an item is listed as “Backorder” or “Special Order” it means we are either out of stock of it or do not typically carry it. We order regularly so if you go ahead and place an order, we will add it to our next order with the manufacturer and get it to you typically in 2-4 weeks depending on where we are in the ordering cycle. Everything on our site is available, if for some reason it becomes unavailable from the manufacturer, we will remove it from the site.

We are in Minneapolis, MN and generally ship via USPS Priority Mail so delivery times to both coasts is good.

Canada and others: Shipping at cost, contact for an updated shipping total. Typically though it is around $50. There is no free shipping level for international.

Paints

We are avid painters ourselves and know how much it ruins a session to crack into a “new” jar of paint from the store only to find it’s been sitting on the shelf who knows how long. Consequently, we do not stock paint but instead have it drop shipped to us from distributors on demand in order to ensure the freshest available paint for all your projects. Our availability of both Reaper and Vallejo is extremely high and seldom are we unable to get particular paints when needed. When you place an order, we will have our distributor reserve your selections and will receive them typically in 3-5 business days depending where we are in the restock cycle. If any colors are unavailable, we will refund those items unless you tell us otherwise as we know most of you want paint for current projects.

Orders

  • Adding items to an order – As long as an order is listed as either “processing” or “on hold” you can order additional items from us and we will combine them with your open order. Be aware though that any out of stock items or items like paint that we order based on demand may delay your order shipment. Use the coupon code “orderaddon” at checkout to $0 the shipping amount.
  • “Processing”  – means your order has not shipped yet. We have certainly looked at it, checked incoming and available stock, and started getting it together.
  • “On Hold” – generally means we have looked at your order and some piece of it is incomplete. This could be that we are waiting for a new shipment that is expected in the current week that has items you have ordered. If an item you order is actually out of stock we will have it added to our next incoming order for the following week. We try to keep stock levels high but the demand for product far outstrips the availability at times. This is only compounded by the fact that we have over 1000 products for Infinity in our inventory to maintain. If there is a delay with your order, we apologize. Please get in touch with us and let us know how we can fix it. We try and be as upfront and communicative about your order as possible. We will update your order with statuses and expected dates of receipt for any missing items. You can always get in touch with us before placing an order and we will check availability prior to your order if need be.
  • “Completed” – means your order is filled, boxed, and will go out the door with the next mail pickup. At this point, it is extremely difficult to change your order as the package has generally gone out once the order flips to this status. We use USPS Priority Mail and since we are centrally located in Minnesota, you should get your package in 2-3 days with weekend delivery.
